Silent Pool Gin will be taking over the indoor garden of The Hoxton in Shoreditch from Tuesday 25th to Sunday 30th of October and decorating it in teal hues and botanical motifs for a week-long programme of exciting events of cocktail making master classes, intimate tasting sessions, brunches, bespoke cocktails and award winning gin & tonic.
Master distiller Cory Mason will be on hand to lead gin-lovers on a journey of discovery, sampling this intricately crafted, full bodied and fresh spirit born from the beautiful hidden spring set within the Surrey Hills. There will be seasonal Silent Pool cocktails available from the pop up bar Tuesday to Saturday, 6pm-11pm featuring a range of drinks designed by Ian Goodman of Darkhorse restaurant.
On Thursday 28th and Friday 29th from 11am to 2pm and Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th, from 11am-3pm, Silent Pool Gin will be serving £5 Red Snappers in their pop up bar to go along with The Hoxton’s full breakfast menu including the newly launched Silent Pool Gin-infused smoked salmon.
