Alcohol and sweets – can it get any better? We don’t think so!
For one month only The Flavour Rooms, Carnaby, the latest pop-up brought to you by the people from Smith & Sinclair, will spoil you. The upstairs shop at the venue stocks all kind of wonderful alcoholic and edible creations including a Pastille Pick ‘n’ Mix with a selection of Smith & Sinclair’s trademark alcoholic cocktail pastilles across 12 flavours including Gin & Tonic and Whisky Sour, cascading vapour infused with spirits and edible cocktail bubbles, alcoholic dib dabs, Smith & Sinclair’s take on the classic confectionery with flavoured lollipops including Negroni, Raspberry Collins and Pina Colada with alcoholic gels.
Downstairs Smith & Sinclair have partnered with Tanqueray London Dry Gin to bring you the Tanqueray Experimental Garnish Bar, serving a bespoke collection of Tanqueray cocktails which guests are encouraged to get creative with and to experiment with edible garnishes, edible perfumes, gin oils and spherification balls that pop in the mouth.
Smith & Sinclair will also be running edible perfume workshops, taking guests on a voyage of discovery through the history of perfumes along with a tasting and the chance to create their own bottle to take home.

Reservations for the Tanqueray Experimental Garnish Bar need to be made in advance at £12 per person and include a Smith & Sinclair edible cocktail, a Tanqueray cocktail and a range of garnishes to indulge in.
