Starring the wonderful Amanda Redman (New Tricks) as Dr Lydia Fonseca, who heads the run down medical centre in Kerala, alongside junior doctor Ruby Walker (Amrita Acharia – Game of Thrones), who moved there looking for a fresh start and is now ready to take on more responsibilities, Dr Gabriel Varma (James Floyd – Dream Team) and Neil Morrissey (Line of Duty) as Greg, a local bar owner and Lydia’s on-off boyfriend the characters face stormy weather both literally and in their personal and professional lives.
