COYA Angel Court‘s ‘Rum Round Table’ Experience With Bacardi

A couple of months ago Latin American restaurant group COYA opened its latest venue in London’s City, just a few steps from The Bank of England, in Angel Court. London-Olios went along to the launch party and we were impressed by the bites of Peruvian food, the Latin American décor and art, as well as the open style kitchen and the well stocked bar. There were Samba dancers greeting guests at the door, a live band playing Latin and other music, plenty of Pisco Sours and Pisco Punch as well as copious amounts of champagne to keep the party atmosphere going.

Here are a few photos from the launch event:

And now COYA Angel Court has announced an exclusive partnership with Bacardi Limited for a very special experience. An intricately designed and hand carved six seater ‘Rum Round Table’ has been created especially for the restaurant, which will showcase specially curated Barcadi rum based cocktails, which are paired with a tasting menu of COYA’s renowned Peruvian dishes, brought to you by Culinary Chef Sanjay Dwivedi.

The Rum Round Table menu:
